The PACS+11S features an alder body shaped for resonance and player comfort, along with Yamaha’s slim C-shape maple neck for an easy, confident playing experience. Its maple fingerboard adds a crisp, snappy attack that complements the guitar’s lively character, making it a strong fit for clean tones, edge-of-breakup textures, and more driven sounds alike.
At the heart of the guitar is Yamaha’s Reflectone pickup set, developed in collaboration with Rupert Neve Designs. Combined with the single-coil/humbucker configuration, 5-way switching, and push-pull coil split, the PACS+11S offers a broad tonal range that moves naturally from sparkling, defined rhythm tones to fuller lead voices. Premium hardware rounds out the design for dependable tuning stability and expressive control.
